(i) Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back

The Board of Directors of FFB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval  for the following proposals at its forthcoming Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company:-
(i) Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back
(ii) Proposed Renewal of the Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature
The Statement/Circular to Shareholders which sets out details of the abovementioned proposals will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company’s Annual Report 2017 in due course.
