The Board of Directors of FFB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval  for the following at the forthcoming Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company:-   (i) Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back; and (ii) Proposed Renewal of the Existing Shareholders’ Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature    (Collectively referred to as “Proposals”) The Statement/Circular to Shareholders which sets out details of the abovementioned proposals will be issued in due course.   This announcement is dated 24 July 2020.
