HUMAN RESORCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- To lead in the continuous organizational growth, transformation and development of the human resources, through an effective training plan for the entire company
- To be up-to-date and well versed with the Malaysian Labor Laws ie: Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act and OSHA Act 1994, as well as keeping abreast with the latest HR practices and statutory requirements
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis with all Heads of Department and formulate Training Plans and monitor the effectiveness of its implementation
- To manage the full spectrum of the Performance Management System in the company
- To implement the latest best practices in recruitment and selection and to conduct Exit interview for employees
- To liaise and implement Human Resource policies of the group at company level and advising Management on prevailing labor market conditions in areas of reward system and compensation, benefits, health, welfare, training & development
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- At least 5 to 6 years hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR Management with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in a manufacturing industry
- A team player with good leadership qualities, and has strong analytical skills
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is tactful in interacting with all level of employees
- Good knowledge and understanding of Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and other issues relating to human resource management
- Candidates must be highly committed, self-motivated, pro-active and result oriented
- Knowledge in immigration laws, requirements and work permit applications will be an added advantage
