Description	Favelle Favco Berhad ("FFB" or "the Company")   - Continuing in office for Directors over the age of 70 years and appointed pursuant to Section 129 of the Companies Act, 1965:-   (1)          Lim Teik Hin; (2)          Mac Ngan Boon @ Mac Yin Boon; and (3)          Tan Sri Dato' Seri Ahmad Ramli Bin Haji Mohd Nor.
The abovementioned Directors who are over the age of 70 years were re-appointed by shareholders at the 24th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held last year on 2 June 2016 pursuant to Section 129(6) of the Companies Act, 1965, to hold office until the conclusion of the 25th AGM of FFB held today.  Upon the Companies Act 2016 coming into operation in place of the Companies Act, 1965, there is no longer age limit for Directors. We wish to announce that the Board of Directors had, earlier today, approved that the following Directors to continue in office as Directors of FFB without any lapse of time, when their term of office end at the conclusion of the 25th AGM of FFB today:-  (1)    Lim Teik Hin; (2)    Mac Ngan Boon @ Mac Yin Boon; and (3)    Tan Sri Dato' Seri Ahmad Ramli Bin Haji Mohd Nor.
