Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19 (23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of FFB wishes to announce the incorporation of its new wholly-owned subsidiary under the name of Favelle Favco Winches Pte. Ltd. ("FFW") on 25 February 2011. FFW is a private company limited by shares incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap. 50).
Presently, the authorised capital of FFW is SGD150,000 divided into 150,000 ordinary shares of SGD1 each and the issued and paid-up share capital is SGD1 comprising 1 ordinary share of SGD1 each.
The intended principal activity of FFW is design, fabrication, trading, service and rental of winches, hydraulic systems and material handling equipment.
