The Board of Directors of FFB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Seventeenth Annual General Meeting for the following :-
(i) Proposed renewal of share buy-back authority; and
(ii) Proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate and new shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.
