The Board of Directors of FFB wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting for the following :-
(i) Proposed Renewal of Share Buy-Back Authority; and
(ii) Proposed Renewal of Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature.
