The Board of Directors of FFB is pleased to recommend a final tax exempt dividend of 4 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial ended 31 December 2022. The declaration of the final tax exempt dividend is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
