Reference is made to the announcement dated 13 July 2026 (Reference No. C02-13072026-00002) in respect of cessation of the late Dato' Sharimahton Binti Mat Saleh as a Member of the Audit Committee ("AC").

Following the cessation of the late Dato' Sharimahton Binti Mat Saleh as a member of the AC on 12 July 2026, the composition of AC of the Company has reduced to two (2) members which does not fulfil the requirement of Paragraph 15.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR"). Pursuant to Paragraph 15.19 of the MMLR, FFB is required to fill the vacancy within three (3) months from the date of cessation of late Dato' Sharimahton Binti Mat Saleh as Member of the Audit Committee, i.e. by 12 October 2026.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has via its letter dated 15 October 2026 approved the Company's application for an extension of time to comply with Paragraph 15.09(1)(a) of the MMLR and granted the Company an extension of time until 11 January 2027 to comply with the abovementioned requirement.
